What are your shipping cost?

For shipping within the Netherlands, we charge €5.95 for orders under €50. Orders over €50 are shipped free of charge.

Can I track my order?

As soon as we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us with a link to track your package.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

We offer three different shipping times for our products:

  • Ordered before 5:00 PM, shipped today

  • 2–3 business days processing time

  • 3–5 business days processing time

You can find the current delivery time for your product next to the selected size. If the shipping time is longer, we will always inform you by email.

Wil my order also be deliverd on Saturday?

For most orders, we use DPD and PostNL. They also deliver on Saturdays.

Which carrieer do you use?

We ship our orders via DPD and PostNL.

My order is marked as delivered, but I haven’t received anything.

We recommend first checking your mailbox to see if the package has been delivered there or if the carrier has left a notification about where your package is. If this is not the case, please check with your nearest neighbors to see if the package was delivered to them. Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that the carrier delivers the package to a neighbor without leaving a notification. We understand this is very frustrating for you, and we find it very inconvenient as well.

If this does not resolve your issue, we recommend contacting DPD or PostNL directly, depending on which carrier delivered your package. You can reach DPD customer service at 085 0022222 and PostNL via this link. After a few questions, you will be connected with a customer service representative.

Please note: We can initiate an investigation with our carriers regarding your order up to 40 days after shipment. After this period, it is no longer possible to trace the shipment. This means that if this timeframe has passed, we are unfortunately unable to assist you any further. Please make sure to contact us in time so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible!
