For shipping within the Netherlands we charge €5,95 for orders under €50,00. Orders over €50,00 are shipped for free.
As soon as we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us with a link to track the package.
We offer three different shipping times for our products:
- Ordered before 5pm, shipped today
- 2-3 business days processing time
- 3-5 business days processing time
You can find the current delivery time of your product with the correct size of the product. In case of a longer shipping time, we will always inform you about this by e-mail.
For most orders we use DPD and PostNL. They also deliver on Saturdays.
We ship our orders via DPD and PostNL.
We advise you to always check the mailbox first to see if the package has been delivered there or if the delivery person has left a notification about where the package is. If this is not the case, you can ring the doorbell of your next-door neighbors to see if the package has been delivered there. Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that the delivery person delivers the package to the neighbors, but does not leave a notification about this. We also find this very annoying.
If you are still not helped with this, it is best to contact DPD or PostNL directly, depending on the carrier for your package. DPD customer service can be reached at 085 0022222 and PostNL via this link . After a few questions, they will then connect you to an employee.
Please note: we can start an investigation with our carriers regarding your order up to 40 days after shipment. After this time, it is no longer possible to track the progress of the shipment. This means that when this period has expired, we can no longer do anything for you. So make sure you contact us in time, so that we can rectify this for you as soon as possible!

Returns and exchanges
We charge €6.95 return costs for orders from the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
If your order meets the following conditions, it may be returned:
- You received the order less than 100 days ago.
- The packaging is still intact and tags are attached.
- The product is in new condition.
Please note: Mouthguards and bandages can only be returned if the packaging is intact and unopened. If you do return these products to us, we unfortunately cannot credit you for this. We will inform you of this by e-mail and give you the opportunity to receive the products again. The shipping costs are for your own account.
Orders can be returned up to 100 days after receipt. If a return arrives at our warehouse after more than 100 days, we can no longer process your order. We will inform you of this by e-mail and give you the opportunity to receive the products again. The shipping costs are for your own account.
For products that are returned damaged, used, not in the original packaging and/or with loose tags, we reserve the right not to refund the purchase amount or only partially. We will also inform you of this by e-mail.
You have a 100-day reflection period from the moment you order.
You can easily return your order via our return portal. Click here to start your request. After the request is completed, you can return the products to us in the same packaging. The costs for this are €6.95 for returns from the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
Of course, you are also free to return on your own with a carrier of your choice. In that case, we would like to ask you to add a copy of the invoice to the order, so that we can trace it back to you.
Yes, but the discount you received from us will expire.
When you order a set from us, you order a bundled product. Because you order a set, you will receive a discount on the purchase price. When you return one of the products, the discount will expire.
If you do want to use the discount, you must place a new order for the entire set for the correct size and return the previous order in its entirety. We cannot process the discount in any other way.
We do not credit any costs incurred such as payment costs and shipping costs. As a result, the amount you are credited may differ from the purchase amount.
Our system cannot process exchanges. Instead, return the item you do not want. We will credit this to you and you can place a new order for the item you want. You can do this immediately, so that you receive it as soon as possible. But of course you can also wait until you have been credited by us.

If your order has not yet been shipped, it is possible to cancel it. The best way to do this is to contact our customer service by phone: 085 06 06 391. This can be reached from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 19:00 and on Saturday and Sunday between 09:00 and 17:00. If you wish to cancel an order outside these times, the best way is to send us an e-mail. We cannot give any guarantees, but we will do our best!

An order can be returned to us for various reasons. If the error is ours, we will send it to you again free of charge.

We strive to have a size chart for each product. You can find this in the product or in the images of the product. If there is no size chart for your product or if you have doubts or want advice after seeing the size chart, you can always contact us. Our martial arts specialists are ready for you!
