The navy boxing gloves are handmade in Thailand of 100% leather and have a padding that contains multiple layers of high and low density foam to provide you with all the protection you need for your hands. The palm and wrist of the Booster V9 have additional padding to safely block kicks and punches. The Booster shin guards are also handmade in Thailand, but of 100% skintex. The padding of the navy shin pads was build out of several layers of memory foam. To prevent unnecessary injuries Booster Fight Gear added extra padding on the instep, ankles and shin. This makes them suitable for intensive training sessions where you can block with confidence. Kickboxing gloves: For Booster boxing gloves we use other sizes than what you’re probably used to. Oz stands for ounces, this represents the weight of padding in the glove. The general rule is that the heavier you are, the more ounces your gloves should be. This is to protect yourself and the people you train with. If you find speed important during your training we advise you to choose a glove one weight class lighter. However if you hit harder than average in your weight class or if you would like to become stronger, then it’s better to choose a glove in a heavier weight class. Shin pads: These Booster shin guards are suitable for men, women and kids. The right size of shin pads depends on the length of your shin. The length of your shin is measured from just below your knee until the top of your ankle. Your feet is not a part of the measurement.
