The palm and wrist of the kickboxing gloves are equipped with padding to safely deflect kicks and punches. The boxing gloves are made of several layers of shock absorbing materials, which ensures that your hands are well protected. The boxing gloves have a Velcro closure that provides extra support and comfort.
The boxing gloves are handmade and produced in Thailand by real professionals. These Booster gloves are suitable for boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai (also known as Thai boxing). For kickboxing gloves by King Pro Boxing we use other sizes than what you’re probably used to. These sizes are called ounces and are often abbreviated as oz. This represents the weight of padding in the glove. The general rule is that the heavier you are, the more ounces your gloves should be. This is to protect yourself and the people you train with. If you find speed important during your training we advise you to choose a boxing glove one weight class lighter. However if you hit harder than average in your weight class or if you would like to become stronger, then it’s better to choose a glove in a heavier weight class.
